Blair Enns is on a mission to change the way creative services are bought and sold the world over. He is the founder and CEO of Win Without Pitching, the sales training and coaching organization for creative professionals, and the author of two books on selling and pricing for creative professionals. He is the cohost, along with David C. Baker, of 2Bobs, the podcast on creative entrepreneurship. Blair lives in Kaslo, British Columbia, Canada and lectures throughout the world. He has spoken to dozens of conferences and organizations on five continents. 

Blair Enns is the author of The Win Without Pitching Manifesto. (2010) and Pricing Creativity: A Guide to Profit Beyond the Billable Hour (2018). François Caspar


Based in Paris, France, François Caspar is an entrepreneur designer with 30-year of experience. He is the co-founder and the president of the Alliance française des designers (AFD), the leading professional organization of designers in France since established in 2003. In 2007, François Caspar founded a complementary association Moneydesign, promoting information and events on economic issues related to design, in order to help designers to make profitable business decisions. Moneydesign publishes the international design pricing guide

Since 2012, Moneydesign carry out the Blair Enns international events mentioned on this website, coordinated by Svetlana Furman, Client Account Manager with 25 year of experience in international relations and even organisation, 9-language speaking, innovative business thinker and global marketer. For the last 12 years her specialization focuses mainly on international design management.

Disseminating best practices of design business, François Caspar has organized design encounters such as the french side of Face-To-Face in Ludwigsburg (Germany) in 2009 and 2010, the Marseille Graphic Design Encounters (France) in 2014, the Annual Designers Congress in Moulins (France), since 2013. He is the co-author of Say No To Free Ideas (AFD 2007, AGI 2008), The Charter of Public Procurement for Design (AFD, 2012), The Code of Ethics for Designers (AFD, 2013), How to Assign Design (French Ministries of Culture and Industry, 2014-2015) and the author of French translation of The Win Without Pitching Manifesto, of Blair Enns, Gagner sans idées gratuites, published in 2014 by Moneydesign.
